This special Japanese degustation event, Samurai Dinner featuring Okinawa was held on 11 December 2017 at HaNa Ju-Rin Japanese Restaurant in Crows Nest, Sydney.
The chefs put together ingredients from Okinawa with Okinawa style cooking methods.
